Lane was very thorough and explained everything professionally. He has a winning personality. I was considering not coming back after my oil package was finished but Lane took the time to convince me it was worth it to kept my warranty valid.

Didn’t fix it. When trying to reschedule was expecting a call back since the on line schedule option showed no availability at all. Nobody called and left my name and number. Not a good show.

Almost impossible to get through to the service department or dealership to make an appointment for service and the wait time and communication once you get service is unbelievable

The customer service was great. I was in a time crunch and need my car serviced and returned to me. The employees there understood my situation and serviced my car and kept informed. Returning the car allowing me to make my doctor’s appointment.

When I called in I was connected with Billy at the Conroe, TX dealership. His calm, understanding tone helped to put me at ease and he explained things very clearly. Since I had to have my vehicle towed from my garage, he gave me the number of who I needed to call and checked to make sure that everything was going ok. Since the pick up was not going to happen before he left, he shared specific instructions for me to give the tow truck driver. The next day, when I was at the dealership, Billy checked in with me often to keep me updated on the loaner car situation. Once there was one available, he got me in it and on my way home as quickly as possible. The whole experience with him gave me the sense that I was not a number or my vehicle, but an individual that was cared about. Could not be more impressed with the customer service that I received.

Every time I get my car back from service the interior smells like gasoline fumes for weeks. This last time the interior was very dirty as well, finger prints all over the pillars and window and panels. They could have washed it a bit.
