If any of its components or parts fail the multi-point inspection, they're replaced or repaired. And, if a car doesn't pass our inspection, it's not certified.

After the rigorous inspection, every vehicle must pass a required visual evaluation. Certified pre-owned Volkswagens must meet a certain standard for internal and external appearance. If a vehicle has dents, torn upholstery, or other damage, it won't meet our definition of a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.
