Wait time was very long. Over 2 hours for an oil change and state inspection. Our rep Jeremy was nice however, at one point after 90 minutes, I was looking for Jeremy to ask how much longer, a different rep was very unhelpful. Stated he didn’t know where Jeremy was and I could just sit down and wait until they came and got me.

Anytime I brought my car in for maintenance Haley at DeMontrond VW was awesome! Was super helpful explaining any service done to my vehicle and made sure I felt taken care of!!! I especially appreciated when she called me with updates on the progress of my vehicle.
