Making the appointment was easy to get in the timeframe that I needed it and my service rep remembered me. She was going to be out of town but told me who would be handling my visit. This was for my 2023 Jetta's 60,000 mile service. I have had everything done at the dealer since new. Car remains flawless. They sent me a coupon for the 4th of July that I used. They checked everything and changed out oil, filters etc. Timely, professional and courteous. This is a case of you get what you pay for and it is worth it. Reasonably price and done right.

I had my vehicle towed in for 2 flat tires. It went to the service dept and Alex was assigned and he absolutely understood the assignment. He was able to get me new tires and an alignment in 24 hours. He kept me updated and was so kind. Thank you again, Alex!!!

After using the Houston service department the last 4 years, and not being happy, I had the fortunate chance to use the Conroe service group. It is night and day! I will drive from Baytown to Conroe for all our service from now on. I enjoyed it so much, I ended up buying another Cross Sport while I was there. You guys are awesome!! Thank you!
