Jeremy was absolutely the best! He spoke with knowledge about the issue, and compassion regarding the incident. He gained my trust into becoming a returning customer to VW. Demontrond is our home for car buying but with Corey gone we were not sure we would return till we met Jeremy. Jeremy provides customers service as it should be.
