    I think they need to tell customers how long a battery check takes. I assumed it would be about 30 minutes. I came in at 8:45 and did not get out until after 12:00PM

    The service advisor decided to change the service scope I had originally chosen without consulting with me first. I came in for the 20,000 mile service and she changed it to the 10,000 mile service. I was not happy with this because the 10K does not have the air cabin filter changed which is what I absolutely wanted to have done. Had she called me I would've made it clear that I want the filter changed. When I confronted her about this decision she got very defensive and rude, telling me that I don't know anything about leasing cars and that she is an expert because she leases Alfa Romeo's... all very unprofessional. Also, I was told I would wait for about 1 hour but it was actually closer to 2 hours.

    Left my car at 8am got a call around 11 that my car was ready in 15 mins so i started driving to the dealership and when i showed up it wasn't ready and i had to wait there another hour because the car wasn't ready. Also before that everytime i try calling no one would answer and very bad customer service for the service of cars you have.
