Service advisors are helpful but I am not sure about your car service people. I was 'encouraged' to get the tires rotated and paid $29.95 to do so. But when I got home, the tire light was on. I am guessing when they rotated tires, your mechanic forgot to do something, hence the light came back on. Next day, I had to bring the car back again, wasted an hour, gas in the car and plain frustration of bringing the car back. I do not have much confidence now in the mechanics if they cannot even do a simple task as rotating tires without messing things up. This is not good service.
